Price Adjustments
As a small shop, we’re unable to offer price adjustments on previously purchased items. We understand the desire to take advantage of a sale, and we always do our best to communicate upcoming promotions through our newsletter and social media. We encourage customers to follow along to stay up to date.

Final Sale Items
To maintain product integrity and fairness across the board, some items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Clearance and discounted items

  • Holiday or seasonal merchandise

  • Swimwear

  • Bath and body products

  • Intimate items (such as undergarments, breast pumps, etc.)

  • Products from local makers

  • Items purchased using discount codes or during promotional events (excluding shipping or gift-based promos)

Gift Cards
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Digital gift cards will be emailed to the recipient and never expire. Physical gift cards purchased in-store can be used at either location or online.

Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we often begin processing it right away to ensure timely fulfillment. For that reason, we are not always able to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been submitted. If you’ve made a mistake, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@petitnordiqueboutique.com within 3 days of receiving your order, including a photo and description of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
