Shipping Policy
We know you’re excited to receive your order — and we’re just as excited to pack it up for you!
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, but oftentimes, our team picks and packs your order same day. We ship using a variety of carriers (including Canpar, UPS, Fedex, CanadaPost and others), and once your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking information via email.
Please note:

Our warehouse is closed on Mondays, and carriers do not pick up on weekends.

Orders placed Friday–Sunday will ship the following Tuesday.

During high-volume times like launches or sales, packing times may be slightly delayed — but we promise we're working hard to get everything out the door.
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
