Return Policy
At Petit Nordique Boutique, we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right. We’re happy to offer store credit or exchanges on most items, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase for in-store orders, or within 14 days of delivery for shipped orders. Returns requested outside of this window will not be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in perfect condition
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
We do not offer refunds. All in-store returns will be issued as store credit or may be exchanged for another item.
Final Sale Items
The following categories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Clearance and markdown items
- Seasonal products (e.g., Christmas-themed apparel or gifts)
- Swimwear
- Bath and body products
- Intimate items, including bloomers and undergarments
- All items from local makers
- Items purchased using a discount code or during promotional events (with the exception of automatic free shipping offers or gift-with-purchase thresholds)
Returns for Shipped Orders
To begin a return for an online purchase, please contact us at hello@petitnordiqueboutique.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Once approved:
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.
In-Store Returns
In-store purchases can be returned or exchanged at the location where they were purchased, within the 14-day window. All in-store returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a physical or digital gift card.
